About - E. W. Scott Dickieson
Education:

Scott graduated from the University of Prince Edward Island in 1985 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.  He graduated from Dalhousie Law School in 1988 with a Bacholar of Laws Degree and was admitted to the Bar of Prince Edward Island in March, 1989.

Practice:

Scott has had a wide variety of legal experience including real estate and mortgages, commercial transactions, wills & estates and civil litigation including family law, employment law, debt repayment and personal injury.  He is currently a Sessional Lecturer at the U.P.E.I. School of Business teaching Business Law.

Community Involvment:

Scott is active in many community organizations and in the Law Society of Prince Edward Island.  He is currently Chair of Discipline Committee A of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island.  He has served as a director of the following organizations:  Theatre PEI, The Prince Edward Island Council of the Arts, The Fathers of Confederation Centre Trust, The Friends of Confederation Centre, The Community Legal Information Association of PEI, Artsatlantic Magazine, LM Montgomery Land Trust, PEI Citizen's Advocacy and The PEI Arthritis Society.

Interests:

Scott enjoys playing the piano and competing in the sport of Triathlon.  He has sucessfully completed two Ironman triathlons in Lake Placid, NY in 2007 and 2008.
